About Us

Entrusted Legacy (ETL) is a 501 (c) (3) who works tirelessly to support the training and development of adults who work in youth serving organizations. As a non-profit established by educators who have spent a lifetime working with youth, we understand how essential a positive role model and mentor is for youth. These powerful influencers help young people learn to navigate the world and develop the resiliency needed to rise above a rocky road and challenges. We believe we embody the words of Margaret Mead, “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”

We believe the problems inherent in K-12 Education are complex and entrenched in years of maintaining the status quo. To change this, Entrusted Legacy has developed the following Theory of Change. ETL is committed to building a strong organization based on the vision, expertise and commitment of the ETL team. This strong foundation enhances our ability to provide high-quality, non-traditional professional development to the adults who work with youth. We offer online, foundational training available 24/7/65 and face-to-face opportunities to practice under the supporting guidance of a coach. This training ensures high-quality programs provided by youth leaders who understand their influence on youth. As positive role models they intentionally give permission to children and youth to shine and strive to reach their full potential.
